Goojet team is based in two cities in France : in Toulouse where everything started and where the development is done and in Paris for everything concerning Marketing and Partnerships.
When the sun is shining, during a lunch break, have a look at what the team is doing…
The idea came suddenly and one hour and two trials after, it was done ! The purpose of this “lipdub” was actually not to do better than existing ones (you can see some on the Office Lipdub page) but just to have some fun and to show people we care (friends, you, our community etc…) that we have real fun working at Goojet !

This announcement has been published monday by the press agency and although the news might not interest our end users, it is an important step in the life of a startup and we therefore want to share it with you.
On Monday Goojet announced the closure of a seed round of 2,3 million Euros from the investors Partech International, Elaia Partners, and IRDI. This seed round (announced Monday but we’ve obviously known it for a while…), allows us to build a first version of Goojet in the way we’ve been hoping for. Thanks to the seed round, we’ll be able to grow the Goojet team which currently counts around 15 team members.
It’s important to state that this seed round doesn’t only provide us with an extended budget, but also means that can enjoy the experience and the added credibility this strong set of partners provide.
Marc Rougier, the Goojet CEO, will soon post to this blog and will provide more details on the seed round.
For those who are interested, you can find the press release here:

Since December 11th, in the occasion of the Le Web 3 conference held in Paris, Goojet has reached a new phase: the private beta.
You’ve probably all seen and understood what Goojet is, but as a reminder:
Goojet is a web/mobile convergence platform, which allows you to configure your own mobile space, a space filled with services that you have selected, configured or even created on the web desktop. This space is available on the mobile as well as on the web, and furthermore it is available to others. Goojet especially shows its potential when services are shared, used by many…

Why launch in private beta? The answer is quite simple (and no, its not a marketing gimmick). We want to test the concept and see what the first users think of the solution and how they’ll use it. It’s in these early stages that we can best adapt the solution based on the feedback we receive, so we had to launch the solution rather early, although it doesn’t entirely represent what we are preparing.
So if you are ready to test a service that is still under construction and if you are ready to provide us with plenty of feedback…If you want our solution to correspond to all your expectations in regards to mobile/web convergence, then please don’t hesitate, sign-up for the private beta!
We’ll be back shortly with more news!

Welcome,
It’s finally time to start this blog and explain what’s happening in Toulouse, in the South of France, in the area of web/mobile convergence. Goojet has existed for almost a year now and the activities have been in top gear lately (especially since September).
The lack of communication hasn’t been due to us wanting to simply start the buzz (ok maybe slightly), but we’ve been really focused on the implementation of the solution, event preparations, etc…
So what kind of information will you find on this blog?
- News on Goojet (the start-up)
- News on the team
- News on the Goojet platform
- Goojet use cases
- The little duck in action…
- And lots of other stuff…
Enough introduction, let’s now get started with the subjects in a new post…coming shortly.
